Preparing Your Video Files
Kequan Notebook supports standard formats like MP4, MOV, and AVI. Before starting, ensure your video file is accessible. If you are working with a large 4K recording, the initial processing time may vary based on your CPU and GPU capabilities. Starting the Transcription Process
Open Kequan Notebook and navigate to the Media tab. Click Import Video and select your file. The system will automatically detect the audio track. You can choose between Fast Mode for quick drafts or Accuracy Mode for detailed punctuation and speaker identification. Once selected, click Start Transcription.
Reviewing and Editing Text
As the AI processes the audio, a live transcript appears in the main editor. You can click on any sentence to jump to that specific timestamp in the video player.
